Ingredients

PGX® (PolyGlycopleX®) 5 g
Highly purified water soluble polysaccharide complex manufactured using the proprietary EnviroSimplex® Process: Konjac-mannan (Amorphophallus konjac) (root), xanthan gum, sodium alginate

Dosage

Recommended adult dose: 1 scoop 2 times daily. PGX^® can be taken with or without food with a glass of water (250–500 mL) or as directed by a health care practitioner.
For weight management and appetite reduction: 1 scoop 3 times daily.
Recommendation when using PGX for the first time:
Week 1: ½ scoop 2–3 times daily.
Week 2: 1 scoop 2–3 times daily.
Week 3 and beyond: 1 scoop 3 times daily.

Contains no artificial colours, preservatives, or sweeteners; no dairy, starch, sugar, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, corn, egg, fish, shellfish, animal products, tree nuts, or GMOs. Suitable for vegetarians/vegans.
