Jamieson selects only the seeds from milk thistle plants grown in eastern Europe. The liquid extract is encapsulated without the use of alcohol.

Ingredients
Each Caplet Contains:
Milk Thistle 150 mg
(Silybum Marianum, seed) standardized to 53% silymarin
Other Ingredients
Dicalcium phosphate, cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica, calcium silicate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, water-soluble cellulose.
Dosage
Take 3 caplets daily. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks to see beneficial effects. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.
