Each tablet contains:

Iodine (Ascophyllum nodosum) (whole plant)750 mcgFrom pure milled kelp, harvested from kelp beds in the cool waters of the North Atlantic.

Other Ingredients

Dicalcium phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, silica, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Recommended adult dose: 1 tablet daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Keep out of the reach of children.
