We chose ferrous bisglycinate for our Gentle Iron formula because this form of iron is better absorbed and gentler on the stomach. 

Gentle Iron also includes vitamin B12 and folic acid – two other essential nutrients for red blood cell production – and vitamin C, which helps boost iron absorption.
